The Problem
The VR Maker platform, originally designed for B2B use, has evolved over the past eight years to include additional features based on customer requests and rapid development timelines. This rapid growth has resulted in a user experience that is complex, confusing, and difficult to navigate.
The SolutionTo address these issues, we propose a comprehensive redesign of the VR Maker platform, focusing on improving usability and user experience.
This redesign will involve:
User Research: Conducting user interviews and surveys to identify pain points and gather insights into user needs and preferences.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzing competing platforms to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
Information Architecture: Developing a clear and intuitive information architecture to organize content and features.
User Interface Design: Creating a visually appealing and user-friendly interface that is consistent across all devices.
Expected Impact
By implementing these design improvements, we expect to achieve the following: Increased User Satisfaction: A more enjoyable and efficient user experience.
Improved User Adoption: Easier onboarding and reduced learning curve.
Enhanced Brand Perception: A more professional and modern brand image.
Higher User Retention: Increased user loyalty and engagement.
