Digital Producer
Create a simple and engaging web Augmented Reality game for McDonald’s Canadian MyRewards App new iteration launch.
My Role
As a digital producer, I worked with our multidisciplinary team to take the assistant from conception to launch. I conducted technical research, user location research, managed customer onboarding, and worked closely with the Yahoo! Creative Studio, UX/UI designers and lead engineer.
Product
Users will arrive on a single-page (responsive) McDonald’s themed landing page. Hero image of the experience with introduction and instructional copy to launch the AR experience. The experience will be launched from a compatible Smart Phone and a QR code will be displayed. Users will be able to use the language toggle selector to switch from English to Canadian French.

Metrics
With the goal to drive awareness to the new McDonald's Canada MyRewards App, the AR scavenger hunt game offers users a quick, fun, and positive brand experience, plus provides enough incentives for everyone to earn reward points. The campaign had over 12K users in 2 weeks.
