AT&T Dream in Black Anthem: Microsite

This is a UGC (user-generated content) platform that invites users to share their family stories by uploading photos of their ancestors, relatives, and friends who have influenced and inspired their lives. It is a space for celebrating the legacy and heritage of those who came before us and for reflecting on the values and traditions that shape our identity and aspirations for the future.

My Role
As a digital producer, I led the development of the AT&T user generated content platform from concept to launch. I conducted technical research and user location research to ensure the platform's technical feasibility and relevance to our target audience. I worked closely with the translation production team, UX/UI designers, and lead engineer to manage the customer onboarding process and deliver a seamless user experience.

Product
The AT&T Dream in Black campaign features a responsive landing page where users can enjoy the campaign's flagship film. Additionally, we developed a user-friendly video submission platform that enables users to create and submit their own videos. To ensure the quality of the content, we integrated an API-based moderation system. Our team collaborated closely with AT&T's Translation production team, UX/UI designers, and lead engineer to bring this project to life.
